When we are closed
Non-urgent advice: Non Life- Threatening Emergencies
When we are closed, and it is not a life-threatening emergency there are several options:
- self care at home
- calling NHS 111
- advice from pharmacist
- attending urgent care centre or minor injuries unit
- making your own way to the local A&E department (arriving by ambulance does not mean you would be seen any quicker)
Choose the best service for your needs as this will ensure the ambulance service is able to respond to the people who need help the most.
