Appointments
We cannot make/cancel appointments via email. Please ring the surgery on 01223 364127.
Prescriptions requests
We are unable to accept prescription requests from patients via email.
Please request repeat prescriptions via your online account or drop a note into the surgery.
Please note: prescriptions take two working days to be processed. Your prescription will be ready to collect at your nominated pharmacy.
Pictures
Please only send in pictures if you have already booked an appointment and are unable to send it via Accurx/Text.
Medical queries
Unless you are responding to a GP, please do not send in any medical queries without booking an appointment first.
If you have booked an appointment or are replying to a GP, please state this in your email.
