Receptionist/Administrator Full time: 37.5 hours per week (part time will be considered for the right candidate)

Due to a growing patient list, Huntingdon Road Surgery is looking to recruit an additional enthusiastic receptionist/administrator to join our friendly and supportive team.
You will have regular shifts on reception (primarily at Huntingdon Road), with the remaining time predominantly in the administrative office, assisting the team with referrals, registrations, patient communication and other admin duties – with the flexibility to cover gaps on reception during busier times, sickness and annual leave.
NHS experience and knowledge of SystmOne would be an advantage but not essential, as full training will be given to the right candidate.
You will need excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner, and the ability to work under pressure.
Our team is made up of 13GPs, 6 Practice Nurses, 2 HCAs, a Physician Associate, a Clinical Pharmacist, a Social Prescriber, a Digital Transformation Manager, a very supportive admin and management team and an excellent Dispensary team, working out of our Girton branch. Our list size is 23,500.
