Cantab Primary Care Network (PCN) was awarded seed funding from Cambridgeshire County Council to support the establishment and running of the Carers Cafes. These cafés provide a welcoming and supportive space for carers, and their cared for, to connect, relax, and participate in a variety of activities designed to promote wellbeing.
Attendance at all Carers Cafes is completely free, and there is no charge to take part in any of the activities offered. This initiative aims to ensure that carers in the community have accessible opportunities to find support, share experiences, and take a well-deserved break.
