Collecting a Repeat Prescription
  • Your prescription will be ready for collection 48 hours (two working days) after we receive your request. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.

  • If your repeat prescription request falls between Christmas and New Year, please ensure you submit your request well in advance of the Christmas period.

  • If your repeat is due over a bank holiday please make sure you order in plenty of time. Repeat prescriptions can be requested up to 2 weeks before they are due.
