Menopause

Hello Ladies,

I hope this finds you all well!

I’m writing to you about the menopause and the services we have available to help you at Huntingdon Road Surgery. If you have ever been into the surgery about random symptoms that could be the menopause but your regular GP has responded with "Hmm, not sure, but I know just the person," that person is me! I’d love to be able to talk to you all about the menopause and what there is available to help, but sadly I can’t chat to everyone.

However, as the menopause lead at Huntingdon Road, I'm delighted to extend an invite to you for the Harley St at Home program. They have the British Menopause Society's stamp of approval and are offering our patients a whole year of free access to their wealth of resources. It's all about providing accurate information right from the get-go and hopefully expanding this service to other practices and the wider NHS.

There are no charges - it's completely free, no need to enter any payment info. You will get a years’ worth of advice, help, and guidance from your sign up date.

I have joined, as have others from the practice, there is lots to explore, from exercise classes, info sessions, Q&A with a menopause professional, and tips on sleep, diet, exercise, and so much more. Sign up and see for yourself, and let us know how it is working for you.

Looking forward to spotting you at a Yoga or Pilates class!

Best Wishes

Dr. Kate Scoffings
