Sex and Sensuality in Midlife
Tuesday, 4th February at 7pm

Sex in menopause is usually spoken about in negative terms – a decline in libido, physical discomfort and a loss of sexual identity.

However, this is not always and certainly does not have to be the case.

Menopause does not mean that your sex life is over!

Sex is a key part of emotional and physical wellbeing, and this powerful mid-life transition offers an opportunity to step back and tune in, reconnect with your sensual and sexual self and really reflect on your desires.

In this first session, Rachel Willett, head of Emotional Wellbeing at 'Your Menopause' by Harley Street at Home, will be setting the scene, providing an overview of the series and inviting you to think about how you would like to embrace your sexual self in mid-life.
