What does the Group do?

Patient group discussions bring staff and patients together, to fine tune local delivery of care, for the benefit of both patients and staff. PPGs look at the services the practice offers, patient experience and how improvements can be made for the benefit of patients and the practice.

Focus groups are run by the staff and address a different medical issue each time.

If you would like to volunteer to help facilitate these meetings, please write to HuntingdonRoadPatientGroup@gmail.com.

Volunteers can also help in very practical ways including greeting patients, taking minutes, making tea at various events we hold.

We are affiliated to the National Association of Patient Participation Groups, which works in close association with the Royal College of General Practitioners.
